Exposure Level Tools

Investors that purchase a Monthly 2x Leveraged Index Fund on a date other than the last trading day of the month (rebalance date), may obtain an exposure level that is different than 200% for a bull fund, or -200% for a bear fund. Direxion has designed the following tools to help you determine a fund's estimated exposure level for the day on which you make a purchase. These calculations are done using data feeds which provide real time values for each underlying index.

This tool provides an estimated principal investment amount needed to obtain a desired level of exposure for each fund purchased on the current trading day. Simply select your fund of interest from the drop down menu, enter the desired total exposure, and click Submit. The estimated principal investment amount will be displayed. Please be aware that the calculated investment amount changes with movements in the value of the index, so the actual exposure you receive based on the market closing price may be different.

If you are certain about the principal amount you plan to invest, but would like to know the amount of exposure it will provide, use the Exposure Calculator. Simply select the desired fund from the drop down menu and enter the intended principal investment amount. The estimated total amount of exposure will be displayed. Please be aware that calculated exposure amounts will change with movements in the value of the index, so the actual exposure you receive based on the market closing price may be different.
