This leveraged ETF seeks a return that is -300% the return of its benchmark index for a single day. The fund should not be expected to provide three times the return of the benchmark’s cumulative return for periods greater than a day.

Target Index
The S&P 500® Index is a capitalization-weighted index composed of 500 domestic common stocks. Standard & Poor’sselects the 500 stocks comprising the Index on the basis of market values and industry diversification. Most of the stocks in the Index are issued by the 500 largest companies, in terms of the aggregate market value of their outstanding stock, and generally are listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The companies included in the index have an average market capitalization of more than $29.64 billion dollars and a median market capitalization of $14.11 billion dollars as of March 31, 2013. One cannot invest directly in an Index.
